This morning we attended a meeting in Jasper to update participants about an initiative to preserve Alabama’s history along Byler Road, which spans from Florence to Tuscaloosa. The Byler Road project flows through multiple counties and has the potential for a significant economic boost for cities and towns along Byler Road as well as nearby towns along arterial roads. The initiative includes historic markers, wayfinder signs, and partnerships with businesses, travel and tourism agencies, and residents. #Our67
